      This company was slow with updating their towers. Now that the federal government shut down their slow 3G towers they are scrambling to put up 4G towers which has resulted in poor to no service when you need it. I switched carriers and have been trying to get a hold of union for the past 3 days. Hold times average 30-50 minutes if you get anyone on the line at all. Their physical stores are closing whenever they want. Store hours are 0900-1800 and the person inside was locking the doors at the Cheyenne store at 1400. It seems the people that answer the phone aren't taking calls after 1500 as I've been on hold for 1 hour 35 minutes before I hung up at 1700 figuring any employees still working have punched out. I've been a customer of this company for more than 12 years, and all I want it my number transferred so I can cancel their service.
