    These people advertise themselves as a horse hotel but they have no facilities, no corral, and no water access. I had to leave early and not only did they not refund me for the time I didn't stay, but they took over a month and many calls and texts to return my deposit. They claimed to have mailed it weeks ago, but the date stamp was recent when I finally got it. The people are nuts. She wrote a single space 3 page letter with the deposit. Just not normal. Terrible experience, cost nearly a thousand dollars for one nite I stayed, plus damaged my vehicle from unmarked obstacles at their ranch. Horrible.
