"When I bought these hear aid,s I payed 7000,00$ for I didn't know that they could turn them up and down or off remotely I called them after they shut off or turn the left ear off after a year then I called them again a year later because I wanted them to work and made a appointment to come in and all of the sudden they started to work again now I went in and I got up set and on my way home the hearing aid in the right ear quiet working I am very very very up set with them I would like to let people know about this so they don't waste there money on there products"
