  The most ridiculously unprofessional business I have ever dealt with in my life: that is not an exaggeration. Took my truck in to get the bed repaired, they were supposed to replace 1 crushed bedside. Instead they swindled my father into buying a parts truck for $5,000, claiming that they would use it replace all kinds of broken and damaged parts on the original truck. They took my rust-free heavy duty bed off, and replaced it with a completely rotted away bed, it was so eaten with rust that the crossmembers that hold up the bed floor were almost completely gone and the bed floor would bounce and crunch when I stepped into it. The paint job they put on this rotten new bed was so poor that the paint was literally already blistering off the FIRST time I get the truck back. One blister in the paint was over a foot long. And this rotten bed is the only part that was replaced so I literally suspect the "parts truck" never even existed. We also wasted a trip to Williamstown (over an hour from my home) because they told me it would be ready to come pick up on X day "for sure", and when we get there the truck is in pieces. My wife called out the owner for lying to us and wasting an entire day to come get it, and he got up close to her face shouting at her, WHILE SHE WAS HOLDING OUR 3m.o. BABY. They also left my truck outside with the driver window rolled down for months before they started work on it. I could go on, but this is the worst of it. None of this is an exaggeration at all. On my ****** review I attached a picture of a very long blister in the brand new paint job. Over $6,000 wasted. Avoid this place like your life depends on it.

  I don’t even want to give them a star. I had the worst experience ever. I got in a wreck with a deer February 2024. It is now July 2024. They have had it fixed a month having it fix besides the seat belt. I did not know till I HAD TO CALL BACK IN MARCH. Then they told me that the part would be in JULY 5th. I called July 5th and they were closed. I called the next day later. And the lady said he never said July 5th but it. Was suppose to be July 9th. I CALLED JULY 9th. I was on hold for 4 minutes. To get told there was no ETA time and they were gonna consider my car total. Whatever. They told me to call my insurance company if I didn’t hear anything back two days later. I didn’t call till next week and they said it was already a closed claim and nothing was told to them that my car was totaled. I called CarWrex and they told me somewhere went and got the seatbelt part for my car. Which I was not aware of till I called. Then I didn’t even know it went to the car dealer(HONDA) till I called car wreck. They told me it was already already so I go to CarWrex and they told me I was not aloud to pick up my car that they had to. like what???? I can’t go pick up my OWN CAR!!! Now they have it back and won’t give it back till it’s cleaned and inspected. The clean back I understand. But inspected for what?????? DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!

  Drivers are reckless and a danger to others. This morning I saw one of their rollback trucks almost take out DOH workers that were setting up and work zone, then he was swerving through traffic and tried to push me into the median because he couldn’t wait to pass another truck.
