    My daughter's car was towed by them on Tuesday of this week and they made her pay 400 dollars cash and didn't give her a receipt. They ripped her off I'm calling the Ohio tax department Monday and reporting them for doing this to my daughter. 15 miles and a 400 dollar bill for 3 days in there parking lot.. don't use this company unless you like being ripped off.

    Have had 3 bad experiences with this company. They caused me to waste about 6 hours of my life waiting for them to come and tow a camper of mine and the owner stated he didn’t want to be responsible for towing it because it was not road worthy, mind you he had a roll back to pull it on, I had to rent a truck and came back the next day and hauled it on the hitch no problem, total dbag who should not be contracted with AAA which is related to my next negative experience. After this I had a vehicle I needed towed so I called AAA who dispatched Westfall to tow my vehicle, the owner who remembered me from his refusal to tow my perfectly towable camper decided to refuse to tow my vehicle to the repair shop which caused me to pay for the tow and seek reimbursement from AAA. Lastly, I had a vehicle towed prior to all this by this company and it was dented and scratched from the tow at some point in the process but since the car was not a new perfect vehicle I did not waste time griping about it but for someone with a nice vehicle who does care this is a good enough reason to steer clear of such incompetent handling.
