    RUN! He will rip you off. He will not try to recover you data, instead he will put in a new hard drive and tell you it was faulty and charge you extra for pretending to try to fix it. At first refused to give me my old hard drive back. When I finally got it back after weeks of trying, I found out my data was recoverable and nothing was wrong with my hard drive. He refused to refund me my money. Taking him to court.

    He lies. He didn't return my laptop cord, then denied that I brought one in. I had to show him my car video recorder to prove that I brought a power cord in. So then he gave me a used beat up China made cord. I have a new $1200 Dell laptop and requested a get a new replacement cord, he told me to leave his store and I got all I am going to get He is very unprofessional. Go somewhere else so you don't get ripped off too.
