    Had the worst experience renting an air bnb with christian management especially this lady maranda. The place is filled with roaches, dirty dishes. The thinnest walls I've ever seen. Could not use the bedroom during our entire stay due to the walls are not built up to code and you can hear EVERYTHING the neighbors are doing. The wifi does not work. The floors are all warped and damaged and smells like mold everywhere. Funny how the company is "christian" management company. What a joke.

    This guest did stay in one of our fully furnished short term rental apartments at a discounted rate due to the apartment building being one of our older buildings. The nightly rate is $27 per night ($837 total for the month) for a large one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, full bathroom, furnished with all utilities and all furnishings. The apartment building is exterminated monthly and no issues were reported to the exterminator. The router to the Wi-Fi is located at the apartment he stayed in and once the complaint was made about the Wi-Fi, the issue was addressed immediately. The apartment was recently renovated last year and has new paint and flooring throughout. We take any complaints & feedback very seriously. We have owned & leased this apartment building for over 20 years and are always looking for ways to improve.

    Christian Management was tasked with completing electrical work, during which the power to my home was turned off. Because of slow, incorrect work that was not up to code, this turned into 17 DAYS without power. I work from home and lost money during this time. Residents were also left without heat and hot water in freezing temperatures. They provided no updates, aside from multiple incorrect estimates on restoration times from maintenance. When I called the office, the owner, Maranda, refused to be reached. I did speak to one man who said he "really didn't care" about the issue, then hung up mid-call. I encountered the owner at the property after a tenant moved out in frustration. She stopped to put a "for rent" sign on the unit which didn't even have power. As tenants who were currently paying her emerged from their cold, dark unit to ask for an update, she called us rude for interrupting her phone call, then sped off. They falsely claimed the issue was the result of a natural disaster and was “out of their hands,” even though the delays were due to incomplete repairs, not weather, and *** said it should’ve been an easy fix. They also said they “didn’t know who turned the power off,” even though they were informed by *** and me minutes after the power was cut. When I informed them I’d be reducing rent for the 17 days without power, lost wages, spoiled food, and supplies needed, they said failure to pay in full would result in eviction. This is after I’d paid over $30,000 in total rent, with payments never being a day late or a penny short. Rent from them at your own risk.

    Unfortunately this resident was without power during the storms from the hurricane that hit our area.  The resident called the power company instead of calling our office to report that a tree branch had fallen & bent the conduit surrounding the power lines going into the apartment.  As protocol, the power company employee had to disconnect the power completely to the apartment causing a complete electrical upgrade requirement before they would turn power back on.  Thousands of people were affected in the area and without power for weeks.  As soon as the employee at the power company notified us of the issue, the maintenance supervisor immediately went to the property to access the situation and gave the resident a heater and a generator.  The electrical upgrade was completed, the power company had to have a third party to inspect the work and then submit to the power company to turn on power which takes time especially in the middle of a storm and restoring power to thousands in our area.  The resident was updated by maintenance on site, by phone calls and by text messages to and from the office.  We have been unable to effectively communicate with the resident as he yells and cusses at the staff when trying to communicate with him.

    The Christian Management Corporation is the best property management company, we've ever met. The staff is amazing. They are so organized and quick to resolve problems that occur and the properties are very well maintained.

    We rented from these crooks for 4 years. It had cockroaches when we moved in. It was not caused by anyone in our family. Miranda b**** is a crook and a thief. They charged us nearly a thousand after we already gave a notice and we only had a lease for one year which they never came back to give us another lease. We beg them for 4 years to fix the place and the handyman once had her own speaker phone and she said prop the sink up with a 2x4. This company should be shut down. All the windows just about were sealed with plexiglass which in this state is legal in a fire hazard.

    Mr. **** was one of our residents. The rental mobile home that he leased was destroyed up on move out. The balance due has been placed with a collection company which has prompted this review years later. If you leave trash, damage the property, require excessive extermination, sanitation and painting you will be, and should be, billed upon move out. Multiple property inspections were completed during the residency and all issues were addressed as pointed out that maintenance had been to the property to make repairs. All properties are inspected and up to code and all have occupancy permits. As he stated, he only signed a one year lease but choose to live there a total of four years, three more years than he was obligated to. Our leases are one year leases, after that time frame they automatically renew month-to-month and you can move at any time with a 30 day notice. If the conditions were as bad as he claims, now two years after move out, he would not have stayed for as long as he did. The rental property has been released with no issues.
