    On October 26, 2023, my 87 year old uncle's furnace was not working. He went to the phone book and called the closest Heating and AC company in the book (******** Heating and AC). He came and told him the furnace needed to be replaced. He replaced the furnace and charged him $7900.00. When I got home, he showed me the furnace and I immediately told him to stop payment on the check. Unfortunately, he had already cashed it. He did not give him a receipt or warranty paperwork. I have tried repeatedly to contact him without success. I checked the serial number and found out the furnace was 11 years old. Furthermore, he disconnected the fresh air pipe and this is definitely a code violation. I had an experienced heating and AC man come and inspect the work. There are other issues that could be dangerous with ********** shoddy workmanship. The furnace he installed was a ******* and only cost $600.00 new. ******** Heating and AC has a history of taking advantage of the elderly and needs to be stopped
