      This place needs to be shut down. Just read reviews on their website. Booked a room for August 7-12, 2024, in October 2023, confirmed stay on Jan 2024. Called them July 29, 2024, to make sure we were still good. Owner (Sam) informed me he cancelled our rooms 3 days before???? Told me the confirmation that I got back in January was the wrong room rate (73.99) should have been $249 a night. No one called to let us know about cancellation and we live 4 1/2 hours away. It seems they raise their rates by 300% during the State Fair????

      Ad filled with false information. No lobby or face to face intervention. No laundry, no internet, no room service, etc. Unsafe environment, there was a fight going on next door. Room was filthy. Booked for two days due to ad. Never set foot in door but was charged for both days. Should have gotten full refund or at the very least refund for second day.
