      Hello. In July 2024, my car (Ford Transit) broke down on the highway in West Virginia. I called 911, the dispatcher called me a tow truck from the company HUTCHS WRECKER SERVICE, for their services I transferred them $ 466 from my debit card and asked the driver for a receipt. The tow truck driver promised that he would send me a receipt for payment to my email. But no one sent me a receipt. From July to December 2024, I repeatedly called this company at the phone number listed on their advertising website. Twice I went to their office located at ** ***** ** ** *** ******* ** *****, but two women working at this office refer to some girl who is not there and is engaged in issuing receipts for payment. My insurance agent has called this company multiple times at the phone number ..... listed on their website, but to no avail. The women in the office refuse to give me a receipt for payment, citing some girl who issues receipts, but she is always absent. It seems like this company is hiding something from the IRS.

      Aaron and Timothy saved the day! Our car broke down on 64W just outside of Charleston. Called AAA which of course was a no show after we waited for an hour and half. The police then called Hutch’s wrecking service and they came within 15mins. Once they saw we had 2 young kids with us, Aaron phoned over and had Timothy come in a car and loaded us all in. They drove us to the car dealership to drop our car off then Timothy even drove us over to our hotel on the other side of town. These guys were great, and we were so appreciative of their assistance tonight.
