UPDATE: November 2023, BBB continues to receive complaints and Scam Tracker reports from consumers stating Diamond Media Press fails to uphold their end of the contract. December 2022, mail sent to the address located on
the company website, 217 Fieldstone Drive Florence Farley Lane, Fraziers Bottom, WV
25082 USA, was returned by the U.S. Postal Service as "Return to sender, no such
number, unable to forward". It is unknown at this time where the company is actually located and if it is in the United States.

 

April 2020 and again in June - August 2021, BBB first began getting complaints and Scam Trackers on Diamond Media Press. While most of the consumers did not sign up with the company,
one consumer alleged the company did not follow through with their agreement
and they lost $1700.00. 

 

The company website lists the address as 217 Fieldstone Drive Florence Farley Lane Fraziers Bottom, WV 25082 USA. Google maps shows this is a residential area with a street called Field Stone Drive and once crossing the intersection, the same street is called Farley Lane. There is no house with the street address 217 shown with a driveway on Fieldstone Drive, but rather Bedford Court. There are also no businesses on either listed street. BBB also notes that companies located in the United States do not typically show "USA" in their address.

 

March 2022, BBB received another Scam Tracker report for this company. The consumer alleged “Thea Campbell” tried contacting him daily for 6 weeks. After finally returning the call, a phone appointment was made where a package deal was offered for $2380.00 to include an interview with CBS radio and republishing a self-published book of the consumers. When the representative was told the consumer needed to discuss the matter with his wife, the person insulted the consumer and hung up on him.
