    Paid my water bill with a check, they waited 2 weeks to cash the check so because of other bills I had it of course came back nsf, I seen this on my back statement so I remade the full payment along with a nsf check fee to them on their online website, a week late they come and turn my water off and tell me they can't accept my debit card payment for my check that bounced, and turned my water off said that my account was credited for the amount but I would need to pay that same amount again in cash to have my water turned back on, they did not call me or anything to let me know what was going on just shut my water off and refuses to turn it back on, currently in touch with public service commission but haven't got a call back, this is highway robbery at its best
