DO NOT USE THIS MOVER. I have a default judgement from magistrate court for furniture damage in the amount of almost $5,000 and the company is still refusing to pay. The contract that you sign states that they will pay damages of 60% market value of your household goods. They will not honor that contract. They acknowledged that they did damage and stated that they would reimburse promptly. It has been 8 months and I have not received any compensation. On moving day, they brought a truck that was too small for our furniture. They spent 4 hours loading, unloading, pushing, and shoving before they finally decided to get a trailer to pull behind the truck. Only some of the damage was noticed when they unloaded at our new home because it was almost midnight due to their delays. We did not see all the damage until the next day. I should not have to hire a lawyer and collection company to get my money. A verdict was rendered so pay the money you owe me. DO NOT USE THIS MOVER UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO FIGHT FOR PAYMENT OF DAMAGES.
