    If I could give 0 stars, I would. I talked to Bruce from Jackson Surveys multiple times trying to get a quote for a property survey, which he told me multiple times he would work on and be in touch. My original phone call to Jackson for the quote was May 8 2023. I was told I would receive a call within the week and that Bruce would be coming to start surveying our neighboring property (owned by someone else and not associated) needing to establish a boundary line between. Bruce told me he would be working on their property and could do ours at the same time. I assured him I wanted to pay for ours, and wanted a separate quote. However, I didn't receive the quote within the week. I gave them some time, calling back the following week, I was told Bruce was on vacation and would call me back by the following Tuesday. I gave it until the following Wednesday, still no call from Bruce. I called Jackson again for the 3rd time. Bruce told me again he would work up a quote and be in touch. Here we are now June 7 2023, I have still not received any calls from Bruce or Jackson Surveys. One month later and I cannot even get a quote for this survey. There is zero professionalism from this company. I would very highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
