    Jerry came and gave an estimate for a job I needed on 2 trees. Needed pruning and shaping along with branches cut. A couple of days later the crew member said it was not communicated to him what needed to be done when he arrived. Only trimmed with poles. Needed to reach areas with bucket truck that was brought over and not used. explained as best I could and I paid 1000 dollars for what inevitably was a minimum trim on holly tree and it was not evenly trimmed and elm tree job not completed. The 2 person crew did the best they could and Jerry said he would come back to finish the job. However never heard from them again to come over after texting and saying he would complete the job. Job was not worth the money paid unless it would have been properly completed. Very disappointing.

    Jerry came out and gave us a free estimate on a big oak tree that was uprooting and leaning towards our home. He gave a low price and started the job the day after. They were in and out quickly and had the job done and cleanup up within a day. I will always recommend Miley’s tree experts! Thank you guys
