    I was scammed by a Moving Co. called Mike the Mover from Charleston. I went on ****** **** looking for a mover that would pack my things, move them and set them up again. Mike called me almost immediately. I explained that I needed total service because I'm 75 and Mobily Challenged. He gave me an estimate and as soon as I got an exact date, I contacted him again and he set up the move date and time. A few days before, I texted him to make sure all was well. Moving day, I received two calls saying they were running late and I said "NO Problem." Previously Mike told me, he had three movers and a large truck. When the "movers" finally arrived, they had a van and two workers and one of them was sick. They said Mike had sub-contracted them because he had too much work. They had no boxes or dollies, and they were surprised that nothing was packed. Then Mike called me and said if he had to pack it up, I would have to buy the boxes and pay double what he quoted me. I refused. The guys dumped everything out of my drawers into the floor, moved the large pieces and left. It's been over a week and I am still not nearly settled. Worst moving experience of my life.
