Poor management! I moved from out of state, had to pay 1st month rent (********** *****) before moving, lease stated Oct 1st but didn't arrive until Nov 1st, management was aware of when I would be arriving as I needed to pick up the key. The day I walked into the unit, was a nightmare, completely filthy, not painted, carpets dirty. I called the management and told them how dirty it was. I was told that they do not paint before moving inthat they only do touch ups! I told them that they had missed a lot of touch ups. Went in the kitchen and the stove tops was missing. Called management back and the girl I spoke with both times (Megan) said "oops I forgot to tell maintenance to drop those off, will send them over". Maintenance showed up with the wrong ones and had to leave and come back, acted like it was my fault that he had to do that. I was extremely tired, and I had been driving over 1000 miles to get there. At this time the fire alarm upstairs was sounding, I mentioned that to the maintenance man when he came back, he told me to put in a maintenance request and left. Nothing was ever done to make this right. In the back of the unit was a small patio against a hill. Trash was strown all over the hill. Lots of trash.
