"All I wanted was for him to understand what I was trying to say but he took it upon himself and realigned my bottom denture which I did not want it raised it up kept my jaw at the same position when it's closed I needed my jaw to close more and he could not understand what I was trying to say so when he raised them up I needed them adjusted in the front so I could close my mouth and chew all he wanted was to present my teeth he did not care about me wanting to eat with them or chew none of that I am unsatisfied with my bottom set and would like a partial refund to go somewhere else or to have these fixed correctly"

"I wouldnt refer anyone to hear they are very disrespectful and didnt have name badges on wouldnt identify thierself so i would be be able to file a grieveance and they were were very unprofessional laughing at me for crying and told me i couldnt cry because i was in pain on no medicine and i was very emotional ." ...
