  I had contacted Apex Auto Systems to have a wrap done on my 2010 Cadillac Cts-v. I was quoted at $2,800 with a $600 deposit to have it done also added window tint in to have done on 4 doors and sunroof. I had scheduled it for the June 13th 2024 and had it dropped off that very morning. Tyler greeted me. I had left the car to him to get all the work done. He had communicated with me 2-3 times during the process. He had told me that the car needed body work and will cost more. I said that is fine. Fast forward to the 19th I had picked up my car and sent him $3,369 not including the $600 down payment, on ******* for payment. I was never supplied with a receipt, invoice or contract. Upon getting the car home I had inspected all of the work done. It was done horrendously bad. To the point I would rather leave it sit and rot in my garage, I had contacted him to make him aware of how i felt with the work was done. He then offered to fix everything that was wrong which was over 90% of what he had done. I told him i’d like to a refund and for him to remove his product off of my vehicle. Also he had never tinted the sunroof which should have been included in the pricing. Upon asking for an itemized receipt he had failed to do that also. I would never bring a single vehicle or piece of business to Apex Auto Systems llc ever again. There is way better options out there for the money. Very shady business, would not recommend doing business with.
