    I paid a deposit for some Dewlap Toulouse geese over a year ago. I asked for a receipt upon payment, never got one. I asked for likely ship dates, and the seller clearly indicated "next Spring/early summer." A year went by. I asked for a refund of deposit. I received an email stating that no refunds are given. Nowhere in our correspondence, or on the website, is this indicated. I just asked for a receipt again, and a statement of intention regarding the purchase. Nothing. Do not risk working with this farm. There is an entire fb group dedicated to this organizations fraudulent behavior. Sadly, there are many, many members. At the very least, research reviews of this farm prior to sending any money. The one star indicated was not in any way earned. This is such an unfortunate reflection on the farm community, which works because there is trust.

    I have no idea what these people are on about but I had nothing but a positive experience with them. Very through in their explanations on how the whole process works. I couldnt recommend them more.

    I put a $750 deposit in Sept for a puppy and have been given every excuse possible as to why I dont have one yet. I asked for my deposit back and he wont respond.

    In 12/2021 we put down a $700 deposit for an April ***** litter with the possibility of a June litter. After many excuses and promises and back and forths and never a proof of life photo even when requested. We want our money back. I understand a non refundable deposit but that is for an actual real life product. And reasonable time frame. Im not handing out no refundable deposits for nothing. I genuinely dont think there is a puppy out there. No picture of a pregnant dog even. Nothing. They just have our money. So irritating to be stolen from. We have contacted our states attorney and will *** for deposit and costs. Its the principal of the thing. Dont want this to continue to others.
