    Had a four ton concrete patio step that sunk.Rudolph Mudjackers were able to bring it up to level.Washed everything down and cleaned the patio windows. Very professional and explained the process.Would absolutely use them again.***** ***** ********, **

    We contracted with this company in March for a mud jacking job. He said he didnt start until May. We assumed we would be one of the first jobs. May came and went with no progress. My husband contacted him every two weeks and all we heard were excuses. We thought maybe he didnt want such a small mud jacking job so we asked him to replace the concrete. He had given us a price for that in March as well. He came out again in June and quoted a higher price but we signed on. Still nothing. He said he signed a guy to do a job nearby so he would do both together. Yay!! Progress!! Or so we thought. My husband texted him two weeks ago and he ghosted him. No response!! If a contractor does not want a job, they can just say so. We contacted another company and they came out and did the job already. Refreshing! Dont use this company to avoid frustration.
