      *** My first visit to the office in Florida I was given a ‘preview’ of how the shot worked and how my body would respond if i signed up for their treatment plan. Needless to say, after paying $4000, I never had any kind of erection - ever - like I had in the office to show how their treatment worked. I was told to “call anytime” if I had questions or if things weren’t working. That sounded great except for the response I got when I actually called. Countless messages were ignored, call backs were few and far between. I finally got tired of getting no responses, so quite calling. When I finally was able to talk to someone, medications were promised but they never made it to my residence. I would again leave messages with no responses and finally got tired of trying to get satisfaction. Big mistake, because now that my paid year is up, I’m told I didn’t complain enough and if I wanted any kind of medication, I now have to pay more money to receive what I never received to begin with. Lesson learned which is why I am writing this review to save someone else from getting snowed for results and robbed of their money. Go to a reputable urologist not NuMale.

      This is an unscrupulous business---and they call themselves a medical practice. My husband with dementia made his way there without my knowledge. First, how any medial professional could not recognize he had something wrong is beyond me.and they got him to sign some kind of contract for $5K, of which we have no copy of. I learned of this and notified the office within 1 hour of him being there and explained that he could not legally enter into a contract, no less consent to medical treatment as he is under guardianship. This went completely ignored. After several attempts, I was finally able to speak to the ** of operations, ***************************. It seemed as if we had come to an agreement, but since then, crickets. My e-mails have been blocked (from 2 accounts), and no return calls...not even to fulfill our request for a release of records form. Stay away from this fraudulent "business"
