  I replaced my front door with a double door from Replacement Window Center. Within weeks, it sagged, leaving a large gap at the top. After the salesman repaired it, it sagged again and a plastic part fell off. I tried to call the salesman. A woman returned my call. She didn't identify herself, but insisted that the door is out of warranty.

  I would like to share a very bad experience we had with Replacement Windows Center and Exterior. Signed a contract in early Spring 2023, got wrong sized windows delivered in late summer and then they took back those windows saying they will work with manufacturer. It's now fall of 2023, I tried calling them...no response. No response to emails as well. I went to their office, but the only statement I get there is 'we will follow up with manufacturer'. I am not sure if I will ever get my windows done or will they refund my money. Be careful before signing any contract with them.

  Fantastic company, I got my bathroom and windows done. Shopped around for years before deciding to finally get it them done. Both projects turned out great! Im glad I waited until I found the Replacement Window Center!

  We signed a contract in May of 2022 to have our patio door/windows replaced. The contractor was agreed to as a 14-18 week window ( almost twice as long as their usual duration). Almost 28 weeks went by and on December 19th the install was finally to be completed. Installers were roughly 90 min late ( first job of the day). They worked for a few hours getting the old windows and door out. Got what appeared to be the new door and windows all installed and completed. However, after talking with this crew, it was not done. Materials were missing and they would need to come back with some covers/buttons, casings and trim and the screen door. Since December 27th I have placed over 20 calls. While Barb has been fantastic, she was limited with the information I was requesting. I requested to talk with TJ, the owner. In those calls, TJ returned one call, just over a month ago. He claimed he wasn't aware of what was happening. He said he needed to talk to Tim, his right hand n distribution, and was going to call me back that afternoon. Just over a month later...multiple calls, and email and I have not received a call from TJ, and we are still waiting for this to be completed. I would be cautious about using this company.

  To add some additional input, we used them twice. The first time was to have 2 windows installed on the 2nd floor of our condo. We had no issues with this installation. The issue was our 2nd time. Frustration for months, but this was apparently due to an outside vendor. We have our new patio door and windows installed. We are satisfied with the overall work and the product...the delay was what brought this to a 3.

  My name is Beth. I had replacement window center give me a quote late summer and I was very impressed with the non pressure approach. Collin was a very polite young man who answered all of my questions with regards to the windows. The way he explained the features helped me understand the quality I was getting. The fact they are made in the USA and Amish built I knew I was getting the best. Brad was my installer and he was short of amazing. I highly recommend RWC for any home improvement project.

  Ordered windows in September of 2021...first installed in April 2022. Have had an issue with a large side by side window in my living room whistling. After dealing with phone calls texts and sometimes no response the issue still is not fixed. Told by repair thats its just mother nature and they cant control the wind nor where my condo building is located. Beyond frustrated and paid almost $10K for windows downstairs in my condo. They lost my business especially since they wont fix this or refund money that was paid in full. Im not the only customer with this issue. Poor customer service....
