"Never delivered order and still waiting month later for refund"

"Ordered traditional wings and redeemed points for a med pizza ordered online 10/2024 order came 2 hours late and wings were not what I ordered called girl answers said she did not know how to do refund called next day to talk to GM D who kept hanging up and saying she couldnt deal with anything her ovens were broke and lights didnt work and hung up staff kept hanging up I called back 4 times I just want refund for order I did not get called the next day she still kept playing games on phone and hanging up finally she said she issued a refund and never issued my refund its Dec Ive emails and called with no help from online Ive documented and recorded general manager and staff hanging up they lock lobby and put signs up only deliver call if u have door dash they hang up on people and cancel orders without notifying customers and steal money and lie about issuing refunds so u wait for 7-10 days for refund and then they just keep hanging up on you after 10 days"
