      Contacted business for treatment of an pavement ant problem. Initial charge is $194, which was to include inspection and treatment of found issues and current ant problem. A tech showed up the next day over an hour late but did call to say he would be late. Put some bait down for ants and an outdoor rodent trap and left. We were never contacted to schedule the follow up visit and the ants were returning. Upon calling we were informed there were no techs available and we did not want the original tech back. We were then asked if we had ever had the initial inspection, which we hadn't. Scheduled the inspection for today 3/14/25 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. by Connor. At 2:45 p.m. we called and were told they would have them call us. We never received a call. Enough was enough and we call to cancel our contract and stated that we felt we should at least receive half of the initial contract amount as we never received the inspection nor any follow up visits and we need to take care of the problem. We are moving on but not impressed at all.

      Their technician used a granular mosquito treatment on my lawn last September, and it chemically burned (killed) about half of my yard. After many attempts to work with them for some compensation toward restoring the lawn, nothing was resolved. This spring I have spent many hours, much money and time, trying to make my lawn look decent again. I would never go with this company again.
