Was good at first. installation went good, I thought. There were 2 windows with minor defects that they did replace, but took a few calls to get him to call me. Now after that cold snap in Dec, 2 windows failed big time. They leaked on the sides and between sashes. Frost covered a few places. They are also loose on the opening, I didnt check when installed in the Summer. I have called three times about it and NO return call. I think he is blocking me. For sure ignoring me! I paid good money and want them fixed or replaced. I think they undersized them to much.

All these issues were addressed. New sashes were installed and they're all working as they should.
