      Aiden was very helpful first answering online chat as I was interested in washer / dryers. Then I came in to showroom, and with help from another salesman we had the deal I wanted at the lowest price available. They both were super knowledgeable about the different units, and answered all my many questions. One of the reasons we like Bitter Neumann is the service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Wish all shoppjng and purchasing was that easy and reliable.  **** and ****.

      Jim came to my home to repair a stove that was under warranty. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He also updated me on new service bulletins from the manufacturing so I knew what to keep an eye on in the future. I was very satisfied with the service call.

      Our sales person Scott L. Was awesome! Very friendly and answered all of our questions. They were able to squeeze us in for a Saturday delivery since our refrigerator suddenly died. Would definitely recommend Bitter Neumann!
