      I've ordered from this company many times. Their quality is high level and consistent. I've never had an issue with an order. Good customer service and they are always striving to improve. One of the few companies that listens to their customers.

      They know what customer service means. They listen to their customers and continually make changes that benefit the customer. If someone has a problem they are on top of solving it. I had not intended to complain about an order with a small problem but when they sent me a survey I was honest about how I felt. They sent me new product without me even asking. What a nice surprise! I've purchased vinyl for crafting from a variety of vendors, but not until finding Flexa Marine Vinyl have I been so pleased with the products. They've earned my business for life!

      I purchased vinyl from Marine Vinyl and fabric for crafts. I do a great deal of machine embroidery and by far they have the best product. Very helpful when asking questions. I will continue to buy from them, never disappointed.

      I have ordered from this company for years, and never had a problem. Their vinyl is the best for embroidery projects. Even during covid when they said shipping would be slower than normal, I still got my vinyl in a timely manner. They have the best customer service.
