      I can not tell you how many times in this school year I have been made to pick up my kids from school or drive them to school because this bus company chooses not to notify parents and just doesnt run their routes. Buses are cancelled without notice mostly, sometimes we get an hour or two warning. Its ridiculous. They are failing their contracts with the school. How are parents supposed to continually leave work early when their kids cant drive or there isnt an alternate? I need to start keeping a record of the days and times buses are cancelled. Riteway is doing a horrible job
