  InSinkErator sellls a product, an Insta-Hot water for hot water at the sink, and they do not include a required part in the box. I will have to pay a plumber twice to install this. He came out to replace the old one and found that a required part was not in the box, with a note on the instructions that the required part was not supplied, and to call an 800 number to order the part. He gets to come out AGAIN now to replace the old one AFTER get the part. So two trips at about $150 each. I called the company and they were not helpful, except that they'd send me the part. What kind of business does not supply all of the parts needed to replace something they manufacture.

  I recently attempted to register my InSinkErator product for its warranty on the website and was thoroughly dissatisfied with the experience. The process required an excessive amount of personal information, including details about my education and annual income. These questions felt unnecessary and intrusive, considering I was simply trying to register for a warranty. The website should focus on gathering only the information relevant to the warranty registration process. It made me uncomfortable and hesitant to complete the registration. I hope the company revises its registration process to respect customer privacy and simplify the experience.

  boot kept cracking in same spot on garbage disposal. no help from company just sent me a new boot 7 times till the warranty was over. I'll never buy that brand again.

  Needed a new baffle and I called the company and explained which part I needed and gave them the model number. They sent the wrong baffle 3 times. Their customer service is a microcosm of society today. They do not listen and have very little on the ball.

  Hi *****,I apologize for the frustrating experience you have had with the Baffle. I assure you that the items you were sent were correct as I reviewed the Case Record and verified the items there were shipped. We offer only once size (diameter) for any of our Baffles. The Baffles are designed to fit our Flanges which are also all the same size.Upon review, a possible issue is the use of a ****** Insert. If the baffles you received do fit (they are too large for the opening), you may be using some type of ****** insert. ****** inserts are used to cover the metal trim on the original ****** with something that matches the sink or faucet. If you look at the drain opening and it does not say "InSinkErator Food Waste Disposer" around the Flanges edge, there is an insert being used and our Baffles will not fit. Typically, these types of inserts come with their own (smaller) baffle.Since I do have your contact info. I will also reach out directly.
