  This is a very reputable business. Customer service is great and the work on my RV has been excellent. Jeff takes the time to make sure everything is working properly and gives professional advise. I highly recommend this business for the best service, repairs or if you are looking for a new trailer, RV look no further. ************ , very happy customer

  We recently purchased a RV from a private owner and we had Jeff and his team go through and inspect the camper before we bought it. They said it was a nice camper and that everything worked as it should. The original owner took the camper to them to fix a leak on the slide out so that’s when we decided to have them check it out. We are 1st time campers so we picked it up and took it and the 1st time it rained it leaked. Also I tried the heater it wouldn’t work and the air conditioner froze up within an hour. I don’t know what kind of inspection they did but apparently it wasn’t what we paid for. Very disappointed I won’t do business there again

  The trailer was dropped off by our dealership on 4/15 and was on our lot until 4/26 as we were waiting for new tires that we recommended for the buyer. It rained every other day while it was here and there was not a drop of water anywhere inside this trailer with the slide in or out. The seller had a few things she wanted us to repair before selling it to buyers. The slide out interior bulb seal fell off the track so we put back on track and screwed on both ends to prevent from coming off again. Original owner picked up and took to their house for the buyers to purchase. While it was at there house, they stated there was never any water coming into unit while they had it at there house for several days before the sales transaction actually happened. The buyers called and asked for a general inspection of the rv to make sure appliances lit, AC ran whole day with no problems, water systems checked, tires and pressures, battery operation, electrical outlets and to check the caulk on the roof. Checking the caulk on the roof is doing a visual of existing caulk around vents, antennas, front seam and anywhere that it was caulked from the factory. We caulked some minor areas, but overall roof looked good. The buyers took to a location up in northern ********* and claimed water was gushing in above the slide out from the roof area. They called us and I said I would travel up the couple hours to look at the problem as it never had any indication of a leak let alone gushing in. They supposedly had a mobile RV tech come out when it was raining and found a small spot on the roof edge that is not normally caulked, just putty tape. He caulked a spot along the edge and charged them $300 plus to do the dab of caulk. They paid $200 to do a complete inspection and was performed in depth.  During the 11 days here we never saw any water so didn't need to pursue a leak when it was in our possession. We are not sure what happened between the purchase at sellers house and taking it up north, but we don't deserve this negative review. We strive to do everything to satisfy all customers and even paid for half the bill. The original owners verified it did not leak at their house while it sat there for days before buyers came to pickup and thanked us for the prompt and superb service.
