    Very unprofessional business. In September of 2022 Badgerland was scheduled to install windows and doors in my house. At around 8am, he called me to claim that my house was locked, which it was not. Ed *****, ended up breaking into a house down the street, and installed the windows in a different house. Once confronted about the situation, he claimed I was lying and losing my mind. He told me he reordered windows for my house and they would show up in 4-6 weeks, which was a lie, per the window manufacturer. Ed continued to give me updates threw November, I finally called the manufacturer and confirmed that Badgerland never ordered my new windows. I talked to the senile owner of Badgerland and we verbally agreed that I wouldn't have to pay for the 2nd half of the windows. Ed was lying the entire time. Finally in January of 2023 my windows arrived. 1 had a crank in the vinyl, which never ended up getting replaced, even though he emailed me promising it would be replaced on February 13 2023. The bathroom window was glazed, which I never ordered, 2 windows weren't insulated, and 1 storm door doesn't even latch. Within a week I get a bill for $300 MORE than the full amount. I called the senile owner (Dave) and reminded him about our agreement. He told me "it's too bad and the business owner will always have the last laugh." Stay far away from this scam of a company. Anybody would be a better bet that Badgerland Windows and Siding.
