Guarantee & Warrantee EGM Landscapes,Inc. guarantees to use the correct horticultural standards in workmanship,construction and material. Warranty does not cover mechanical damage, act of God, weather or additional work preformed or altered and not installed by EGM Landscapes,Inc. New planting will be guaranteed 2 yrs from installation date of contract. Construction hardscapes will be guaranteed for a period of 15 yrs from installation date of contract, as to workmanship and materials, provided that the plants of construction have received proper care, water and have not died or failed as a result of mechanical damage or an act of God.This guarantee/warrantee is null and voiled if payment or other terms of the contract & supplemental conditions of contract have not been met. - Business Categories
