Overall, I was impressed with the workmanship and attention to detail shown by the Infinity personnel. Logan was professional from the start explaining materials and styles available. As this project was related to storm damage his liaison with the insurance carrier was exceptional. Project communication and start and finish dates were laid out well, Sean was a good project manager and has a real eye for detail. He also communicated well with me on the project. The crews worked well together and once completed the job site was cleaned throughout the property. I was well satisfied by the Infinity crew.

We want to give a huge shout out to Infinity Exteriors. Our siding project couldn’t have been a better experience. We worked with Justin, Isaac and Julia and a very hard working siding team, that always showed up on time and were very respectful. They did a beautiful job and paid a lot of attention to detail. Recent window installation went smoothly. Workers were courteous, considerate of our floors & furniture, and professional throughout the installation process & cleanup. We are very pleased with the product selected. Windows are more soundproof than previous ones with storms attached. The look is so much nicer & brighter. We were also pleased that Infinity stuck to their quote which was also much lower than two other well known & respected industry competitors we met with. Sold us on their amazing crew and we signed contract. What we got was 15 man non English speaking crew from ********. Most of their work is completed by subcontractors but they aren’t transparent about it. They damaged our roof, sliding doors, garage sheathing (2 separate garages), original windows, interior window trim and drywall, garage floor, chest freezer, mitre saw. Work is not done to contract or manufacturers recommendations. We are still not satisfied with the quality of work after giving Infinity 3 separate tries using at least 2 subcontractors and Infinity employees. Layers of bad work remain under a mediocre surface and they refuse to remove material to do it properly. We have not received an offer from Infinity to cover all the damages or a reduction in price for the substandard work. They have not attempted to work on the window contract in over 6 months leaving unfinished work stated in contract. We reached out to ****** and ******** for help sending each company a complaint with photos. We asked them to meet with us and they brought two reps with them from infinity. Turns out they are business partners and friends so their opinions are biased. The ******** and ****** reps arrived at our house without reading our complaints or having looked at or photos. The ****** rep looked at 4 windows without using a tape measure or level before becoming frustrated with me and he stormed out slamming the door. The ******** rep was very careful with his words and never said the work was good or bad. He only stated that he was willing to warranty the work done. The starter strip has gaps, house wrap has multiple layers, corner posts not capped, cracked caulk on window wraps, some window wraps done improperly, window wraps have holes, angled nails on siding, nails pressed into foam having missed any wood, used dryer vent on fire place intake, missing flashing around windows, doors and all penetrations as seam tape was used instead.Infinity Exteriors

Both companies have approved the work, confirming that it was completed to standard and is covered under warranty. While we understand that you may not agree with the inspection findings, its important to note that Infinity does not have the ability to influence these independent manufacturers in any way.Additionally, weve noticed that over the course of 10+ reviews, the concerns being raised seem to shift or expand, some of which contain blatant inaccuracies. Our goal is to close out this project, but we need the opportunity to do so. Despite multiple attempts, we have not yet received permission to return to your property.Please respond to our most recent email so that we can move forward with finalizing this project.Review fromZach K

My wife and I cannot thank Infinity Exteriors enough for the AMAZING job they did! We had siding, windows, doors, and gutters put on our 100+ year old home. Isaac was honest and accurate with his quote (even saving us money with his product/design knowledge). Carlos and his crew were professional and paid attention to the fine details (including picking up after themselves). Huge shout out to Jeremy and Ricky, our project managers. Their prompt responses and daily communication made the project run smoother than we would have ever anticipated. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Infinity Exteriors for siding, windows, doors, and gutters. We’ve used other companies in the past for similar projects but Infinity sets the standard in our opinion.
