    I had a very disappointing experience with Granite Plus. The owner was rude and dismissive when I raised legitimate concerns about the rushed installation, significant delays caused by them, and a request for a credit was considered a threat vs an opportunity for Granite Plus to make things right. Instead of acknowledging the issues, she insinuated I was calling the installers lazy, which was never the case.Unfortunately, the installation was truly rushed, which led to multiple problems. The island countertop was chipped during installation which was removed to take back to repair. The installers also forgot to install the dishwasher bracket and offered an excuse rather than a solution. When I pointed out visible marks and blemishes on the countertops, I was met with attitude and told to expect stainswhich is completely unacceptable for a new installation. More concerningly, the two large undermount sinks were installed with only 4 support clips each, despite manufacturer specifications calling for 10 clips to maintain the warranty. I had to purchase a separate bracket myself to ensure the sinks were properly supported.While Granite Plus promotes being FASTER than anyone else, it seems that speed comes at the expense of quality, professionalism, and customer care. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

    I recently engaged with Granite Plus for a kitchen renovation project, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.Firstly, there was a significant lack of follow-up from their team. I had to constantly reach out for updates, which was frustrating and time-consuming. This lack of communication made it difficult to track progress and caused unnecessary delays.Moreover, the customer service I received was subpar. When I raised concerns about the delays and lack of communication, instead of addressing them professionally, I was met with hostility. Shockingly, I was even yelled at by the owner during one interaction, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Additionally, Granite Plus failed to take accountability for the delays in the project forcing us to pay out of pocket to get my cabinets.Overall, my experience with Granite Plus was disappointing. Their lack of follow-up, poor customer service, and failure to take accountability for delays left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would caution others considering their services to proceed with caution.

    Terrible experience. They did an unprofessional job installing my kitchen quartz counter tops in 2 kitchens in one house. They installed one of them not level and top wasn't secured. When installing bathroom tops, they ripped off the walnut portion of the vanity. They left large gaps next to the wall in areas and tight fitting in other areas. They pathed a corner piece of the quartz that I didn't see until later. There were blemishes in the quartz that they tried to fix however made more damage and swirl marks. They made insinuating comments throughout the process stating that I was being over the top and picky. The service, the quality of professionalism and quality of work was horrible.

Our contract states and staff communicate that all cabinets must be installed and sinks be on-site during measurement. Neither of these existed at the time of measurement. Additionally, last-minute changes come with great risk. We recall that you made a last-minute change to reschedule your installation, which forced us to scramble a crew, leading to some issues during the installation. When clients rush the process or are not fully prepared, it can make it difficult to deliver the desired results. We also want to clarify that some of the photos in your reviews are misleading, as they depict photos from part of a cabinet that is not visible once the counter was installed. We regret that your experience with us was not up to your standards and going out of the process was not up to our standards. ******* a project and not following procedures can open the door to problems, and we strive to avoid those issues by following our procedures.We also want to mention that we offered you a heavily discounted price, which you were aware of with your 22 years in business, to earn your business and addressed any concerns you raised throughout the project. We were surprised when you refused to pay after the job was completed, despite all issues being resolved, and demanded an even greater discount. While we accept that we could have done better, we believe the situation could have been handled differently on your end as well. We hope that in the future, we can have the opportunity to work with you again and deliver the high-quality service that we are known for through the following of our process.Thank you for your feedback. We remain committed to providing our clients with the best possible experience, and will make sure to adhere to our process in the future.
