    Voyce video interpreter is not allowed at the facility for ANY deaf clients. Failure to comply ADA Laws. We have already sent messages few times in the past. ADA law is required to have real person interpreter for deaf clients which such any inability to see in operation room. We have been in contact with *********** ***** and Voyce company regarding to stop using it.

    Nov. 25, 2024 Urgent & Caution on: Dr. ************* & the Neuroscience Group in Neenah: " Truly a Zero Star for both" I strongly advise against choosing Dr. ************* & the Neuroscience Group in Neenah. My experience was marked by poor care, unresponsiveness, and unprofessional conduct. Despite repeated reminders, Dr. ************* ignored my urgent request for a letter of findings needed for my employer, taking over 10 days to respond. His diagnosis was based solely on imaging, without a thorough clinical evaluation. When I expressed concerns, I was dismissed without explanation in an abrupt, unprofessional 53-second phone call. They also unilaterally cancelled my previously confirmed scheduled appointments for EMG procedure, and additional cervical x-ray without any notice and as retaliation at Thedacare Orthopeduc Center in Appleton, WI (2 weeks ago). Furthermore, Dr. ************* violated HIPAA regulations during my initial visit. This group’s poor management & retaliatory actions make it impossible to recommend. Patients have the right to choose their care provider. Please consider seeking referrals from your primary care physician to other centers that prioritize patient care, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
