      DON'T DO IT. I will never utilize this company again. It has been a nightmare of recurring (2x/week) invoices and nonsense being mailed to me that I seem to be unable to stop. Once you sign up, you are their prisoner. RUN - do not walk - away.

      This company deserves a ZERO star rating!!! My company has had subscription for training modules for years but now, for the craziest of reason, we are not able to assign drivers the training because we don't have enough points!! The sales people says it is the technical dept that needs to solve the issue and the technical dept says it is the sales people!!! I have been on the phone with them over 12 times and they are simply not able to resolve the issue! WORST company ever!!! I am shopping for other companies that offer better customer care services!!

      JJ Keller has been harassing's us with constant phone calls some times multiple a day over the last few months. When you ask to be put on the no-call list they still call. There are other companies out that offer similar products without the harassment, we would encourage you to go with them.

      This people just do not listen. We have asked, and finally told, them to stop with the constant barrage of marketing phone calls and emails.This blatant disregard for the requests to stop is terrible.Social media is next for the complaints

      This is the spammiest company I have ever done business with. Back in 2019 I bought some safety decals from them that were less than $20. That was my first time doing business with them. Ever since then I have been INUNDATED with snail mail ****, emails, calls, and texts, despite multiple requests to stop sending me information. There are many other reputable companies you can get safety info and materials from. Do not make the same mistake I made. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH J.J. KELLER!!!

      Absolutely horrendous for a small business. Their customer service is poor. I purchased their ELD system, Encompass, and developed issues that related to noncompliance for the line of work I perform. They tried assisting me in different ways to meet compliance, even though I had asked to return everything. They refuse to honour their return policy, and every time you try to return stuff, they just transfer you to a different department.

      Very poor customer service. Went to cancel an order, 2 hours after placing that was told would take 1-2 business days to process. Could not cancel because they made a label already.

      Whomever does there ergo training needs to be fired and told to go to the gym and come back when their spine and muscles actually improve to do more than just type and talk like you know something, I've seen so many examples of improper lifting you guys claim is proper, I can't tell the difference between J.J. Keller and *********************** with all the misinformation you guys regurgitate in these videos. If I get a workplace injury I will state I was following your guidelines and the attorneys can talk it out from there, but I since I will never follow your training I know I'm ok and in better health than ever following your procedure.

      Illegal Use of *********************************** I use JJ ****************** for their labor law poster subscription services and have it set up to renew automatically with my company credit card.Today, I received an expense on my card that did not quite seem right. As usual, I had to call and request a copy of the invoice and receipt. I found that the receipt was in someone else's name-a manager within our company but a completely different location and department and we have no connection with one another-and that his services were charged to my card.When I spoke to a sales rep (no name was given) on 5/2/2023 and explained I did not authorize this charge, have no idea what it is for, and asked why it is on my card, I was told, "We charged your card because it was the only one we had on file for your company."I then asked to have the charges reversed, the rep answered "I cannot do that," and did not offer any additional information or solution.My finance department has reported this as fraud and has had my card cancelled.Aside from this egregious act, JJ Keller's customer service is far below subpar and I would not recommend their services at any level.
