    On 9/13/2023 I brought my *********************** for inspection and possible repair. The auto shop diagnosed that I needed an ignition coil repaired but failed to disclose that i needed additional repairs to have my truck in running condition. Paying what i believed as the estimate would fix the check engine light problem. This company was not forthcoming with all repairs needed to service my truck. This caused my engine to malfunction ultimately leading to complete engine failure with the vehicle no longer being in use. Upon contacting the company and notifying them of further issue. They offered to charge more money for repairs. And finally they revealed that they are not liable for any damages caused after they made repairs to the truck. I would like to be reimbursed $893.03 plus interest accrued since I suffered loss of wages due to my vehicle not being of service to get me to and from work.

    The facts for this service repair are very clear.

    On Sept 13,2023 *********************** brought in her *********************** for service at our ********* location.  The vehicle had multiple diagnostic trouble codes listed on Invoice #******.  The was a #2 cylinder failure, The spark plug has completely blown out of the engine  Our Service Advisor, ***** was very clear when the repair options were made that this is a common problem with these engines.  **** has many bulletins on this problem.  ******* approved the repair to cylinder #2 only.  We also noted on here invoice that the vehicle came in over 1 gallon low on coolant and that the vehicle had misfire issues. The vehicle also had steering and suspension issues.  The vehicle ran ok and was paid for and picked up. Mileage was 179766

    On October 2, 2023 and over 500 miles later, ******* returned with her vehicle running poorly and excessive smoke from the tail-pipe. We examined the vehicle at no cost. See Invoice #******  Now the #5 spark plug has blown out of the engine, ******* was demanding a new engine be installed.  ****** explained that this vehicle is an 8 cylinder engine and this is a common problem with older 5.4l V8 engines.   Especially with a vehicle that had been run low on coolant. . We strongly advised her no make no further repairs.  ******* seemed to be recording her conversation with ***** The BBB could review that recording if necessary.
