    Absolutely WORST company in the world to deal with, i reached out to the company in January 2023 to inquire about a intercom system for my clients schools, the owner ******************************* replied via email and said he would get back to me. a week later Still hadn't heard back so I then called to follow up and he said that i never reached out to them, when i advised him of the date and time of his email reply, he said they would set up a video chat/demo, yet another week went by so i reached out yet again... once the video chat/demo was completed I agreed to purchase a demo so long as I could return it in 30 days, but told him I needed it ASAP because i was already 3 weeks behind schedule do to their delays... a week went by after they received my funds and nothing was received I again reached out to them and the mfg who said they hadn't placed any orders.... so what did they do with the funds I already payed? finally after involving the mfg the equipment was sent... since this company DOES NOT return calls or emails, and has 3 different addresses on their coresponce, I shipped the equipment back to the sending location.. now they wanna play games about giving me my refund... DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! at this point I did a deeper dive and found several NEGATIVE REVIEWS about this company, there were 2 positive reviews, one by a female with the last name of ********, and the other by a *************************... who happens to work for the company!! stay clear of this company...
