    MPI was very helpful with an inheritance property we received. They answered all of our questions and had we decided to rent it out we would have contracted them to manage it. In the end we decided to sell. Very knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

    I rent a house from MPI real estate and when it rained outside it rained down in my basement water come through the wall molds all on my basement wall so I called the Milwaukee city on them and resident right on them because this a hot mess I cannot live like this and I don't wish no one else to live like this, and they won't help me find another house when they know the foundation of this house was unstable, I am a human being and I would like to live like a human being and I will live like a human being cuz I am somebody just two bedroom house is a hot mess.

    MPI real estate won't even take the decency to help me find another two bedroom house they just tell me I can move out and I got to find my own house again and this is a real estate MPI is a real estate I thought you supposed to help people not put them at home away or make them be homeless because your house not *********** and y'all don't want to do it right and y'all expect us to live like we dog and be homeless too wow what happened to real estate is for the people so that not true for us people.

    My husband and I went to look at one of their properties 2 weeks ago .The home we were going to tour was nothing like the advertisement online. It was a mess! Some small minded guy named Jesse was giving the tour. When I asked about a back door that needed to be fixed he stated "Why, people in the hood don't go through the back door they use the front door." The kitchen cabinets were painted shut! When we got to the upstairs level, I asked Jesse about the three bedrooms because one rooms looked like a large crawl space. He then stated "people in the hood makes this space a bedroom." Not only that he had a gun on his side. I can understand needing protection but the people taking the tour did not have to see it. I can say that some of the people taking this tour was loud and obnoxious. All this man had to do was not to rent to them. We are hard working people and would not have bothered them if the ad we saw was true. Jesse was too busy thinking that he was better than the people taking the tour. He missed one thing as I was recording this walkthrough tour on my phone he looked as if he was a person of color himself. NEVER AGAIN!!! No one deserves to be disrespected this way . We as people gave him the utmost respect and we did deserve this from this business.
