We had a prepaid voucher from a party we were attending downtown (**************). We had to use credit card swipe to enter garage. Then, we got confused when exiting and didn't scan prepaid voucher, just pressed a button and the credit card got charged $21. I have messaged the company and given them the voucher number and asked them to refund charge. Didn't seem to understand, and now aren't responding.

BUYER BEWARE! This is a complete scam. This parking lot is a trap. Apparently there are rates posted, but I thought this was an ARVEST parking lot and fine to park here after hours. The entrance I came in on did not have rates posted. They leave a threatening ticket on your windshield charging $125 fee for not paying at the time of parking! If you pay within 2 weeks, you get a big discount plus a $5 processing fee to pay online. I was forced to pay $50 for 2 hours of parking. This is like dealing with a loan shark, very unreasonable, very unethical. I have a hard time understanding why the City of ***** allows these businesses to prey on people. There is no recourse. They don't answer the phone, and the dispute does not allow you to make a claim outside of the very few options in their drop down list. They have you locked down like nothing I've ever seen. I feel practically harassed by their Violation Ticket. It's OUTRAGEOUS. I'm happy to pay for parking if I know the fee, and I'm happy to pay a reasonable parking fine if I make a mistake. This is so wrong. There should be a max fine for daily parking in this city. $125 is just threatening! The max ticket should be a full day's rate. Period. Scare tactics are poor business.

I stood next to my vehicle and had a conversation with someone and went over parking by 33 minutes. I was charged $82 for going over and told that the fine is the same fine anyone is charged. Customer service told me that if someone parks 1 minute over their time or 24 hours **** their time the penalty is the same. That is simply predatory.

When parking here...JUST DON'T! I would put a negative star if they had that option The scan and pay app would not take my credit card. I attempted to pay for 3 hours of parking once I got to the store I was going too. The owner & patrons all said yeah I think that app doesn't work on purpose. Patrons also believed they stopped charging at 6:00 pm. When i get back to my car I had a Ticket at 7:24. They also have a credit card machine at middle of parking lot...my bad I thought scan app would be safer..... Paid my "ticket" $45 +$5 parking fee.

My daughter and I went to the Third Ward for lunch on 2/9/24. We paid $20.00 for parking using the app at 1:36. When we got back from lunch we had a ticket on my car with the time stamp 1:35. I ended up paying the ticket $35.00 plus a fee of $5.00 to do it online. What a scam!!!! Once I told a few people about this they encourage me to file a complaint. Terrible business.

We at Secure Parking USA care very much about our customer service. I reached out to apologize for the inconvenience. And explained when a customer receives a violation after making payment at our lot. The customer can email over their receipt and violation number, and I can assist you with voiding the ticket.

And I offered to refund the payment for the ticket.

Secure Parking is THE WORST. Went to a ballgame in downtown *****. 2 live parking attendants were there and told us where to park. I offered $10 cash and they said no, must do it online. I stood there while the guy helped me and it would not connect. He told me I would have better luck inside the stadium. Once inside the stadium I tried again for 30 minutes. Finally got through and paid. Came out of the game and there was a ticket on the car. Issued 12 minutes before my payment went through and now they want $125. Tried finding a phone number for them and that is a joke. Any company that does not have a contact phone number definitely has something to hide. Don’t park with them if at all possible. Found out they are not even an American company. The only reason there is 1 star is I cannot leave a review without it. Pretend it has a negative sign in front of it. —-1

Thank you so much for your feedback. We do appreciate our customers. I did reach out to the customer with the email provided to offer to void the ticket. We do not expect our customers to pay tickets that were issued in error. We have a dispute process on our website for tickets issued in error. We try to make this as simple as possible for your customers.

I parked in the lot on Buffalo by the ***************** enter. I scanned the code on my phone and paid $20 to park there with my credit card. I came back to find a violation on my car for $125. I then went home and did not see any payment on my credit card. I thought that maybe I had made a mistake and didn't pay when I was in the lot. I then tried to pay again. Now I had to pay $35. I still didn't see it on my credit card. Now, I have been using this credit card to pay for all of my other expenses, so I know it works. I started e mailing customer service back and forth and really didn't get any answers. After a few days and still not seeing any payment on my credit card, I tried paying online with a different credit card. This time I had to pay $40. The payment sent through and I was sent a receipt. I feel that there is some sort of discrepancy with the payment system. It was bad enough that I originally had to pay $20 just to park there, but then to have to pay double just because it didn't work to pay at the lot? I will no longer be parking at any Secure parking location. I'm not going to stress myself out being worried about if the payment didn't go through and if I will be getting another violation.

I'm a victim of age discrimination, I don't have all of that technical knowledge that is required. After parking in a lot ,I scanned the image on the board and tried to pay about 3 times with no luck. I'm willing to pay the inflated price of $40 , but not in agreement with their 300% penalty when I couldn't pay on the night of the event.

I was incredibly disappointed in my first (and what will be my last) experience with utilizing a Secure-a-Spot parking lot in my home city. I paid for 2-hour parking using the company's mobile interface. I set an alarm to alert me of the parking expiration. As the expiry time approached, I attempted to extend my parking duration through the same mobile interface (which I have found to be typical with all other mobile parking services in my city). The web interface did not allow for extension, and there was no customer support available. I rushed back to my car - but ended up being ~10 minutes past my original paid duration.A few weeks later, I received a letter from a collection agency indicating that I was being charged an exorbitant fee (100X their base rate per minute; nearly $100). They accused me of violating private property and threatened to boot and tow my car. I find this to be an entirely irrational way to run a business, a deplorable way to treat customers, and a disgrace to the culture of a city known for warmth and hospitality. In my experience, this company is not investing in providing a service to customers or the communities where they operate -- but rather, they are investing in collections agencies and surveillance cameras as entrapment for "customers."Unless you want to invite yourself to be preyed upon, park anywhere but a Secure-a-Spot location.

Paid about $25 for overnight parking across from Hyatt regency Milwaukee. We left about an hour an a half late and were given a violation of $125. An overstay of less than 2 hours cost 5x what overnight parking costs? That is criminal and they get away with it because nobody wants the hassle. How about charging the amount it would have cost to park for 2 hours rather than this exorbitant amount?

I am happy to waive the late fees for you. Please contact customer service at ********************************************
