    Dishonest and disrespectful. I brought my Fusion in for an AC repair in August and stated that it was blowing hot air. Lake Ford performed a "software update", which resolved the issue until September, when the AC broke again. When I called today to ask whether this was covered under warranty, Luis stated that I had specifically requested the software update. I told him that I had NOT requested this update and had only told them that the AC had stopped working. Luis doubled down and said that their notes are accurate and are based on what the customer said. They refused to honor a warranty, lied about what I had told them, and doubled down on their lie. I would avoid this service center unless you enjoy being gaslighted.

    Fantastic to work with. Very easy going and no pressure to buy. LIstened to every thing I wanted and had very honest answers.
