    Quality is poor. Ripped screens. Wrong trim installed. Installation men were Ukrainians who spoke no English. They arrived late in the day and rushed the installation, trampling plants and damaging the screens. And we will have to wait almost two months to get a person here to correct the problems. I'll love my new windows - no way! I feel I was ripped off by UWD. We'll see what happens when one guy shows ** in a month to replace the outside trim on 6 windows and repairs the screens.

    Jack, the salesman was friendly and very professional. He discussed our options and showed us all the features of the windows. We were told that our windows would be available in 8-12 weeks. Six weeks later, we received a call that our windows were ready for installation. What a happy surprise. The problems occurred when our patio door was installed. First, the screen door would not lock. Then the screen door would not slide properly. It would not close properly at the top. Finally, when trying to close the screen a week after installation, it actually came off the patio door. We were not able to get it back into the groove. Obviously, the screen door was not installed properly. Before the team lead brought us around for the final check, he did not demonstrate to us the all the windows, patio door, and screen were working properly. When we called for the company to fix it, we were told it would take six to eight weeks for a team to come out and fix it. After several calls, the best the company would do is put us at the top of the cancellation list. This is unacceptable as we are not able to use that screen door in late spring and early summer. The very time we need that screen door. When using this company be very aware their lack of flexibility. They seem very customer-centric until you actually need something fixed. Their follow up is very poor.
