      who lives in **, **. But **************** refused to honor the request to resend this product but only stating they will refund the money paid once they receive the item. As a very long time customer of **************************+ years), I am very much dismayed by the option offered by ******. We have spent lot of money buying from ****** which they can check the regard. I am doine doing business with them.       We apologize for our customer's experience. We have initiated a refund/credit for the Culligan ZeroWater 52-Cup Ready-Read 5-Stage Water Filtration Dispenser (SKU ********) from order **********. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on the form of tender used for the order. There was no charge for the replacement order (**********). The customer may place a new order at their convenience.

      We previously did submit a replacement order for the item, which was rerouted by the customer and *** Ex returned the order. A refund has been completed for the item.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I want this case to be open so future customers are aware of their poor customer service and policies.  They didn't even give me correct refund. I paid $29.13 including taxes after 40% off. But they only credited $18.** which is reidculous. I don't even have the time to deal anuymore on this issue. After 20+ years being a customer (my entire family). We are done with ******. We were loyal as we avoided cheaper online option and brought most of the items especially clothing/kitchen/bedroom in the local ****** store. That will stop immediately for my family. We know now why they are closing so many stores?

      get packaging candles right. Things happen, but I have yet to receive an order that comes correct. It makes buying from kohls tough to do.

      The refund/credit will reflect on the Customer's statement within the next 7 business days; any ****** Cash used will be emailed to the customer.  We've reported this to the Origin of Shipping Warehouse for review.  Due to the cut on his hand, we have also reported this to our Claims Department who will be in contact with the customer as well.
