    I ordered 2 knifes from them totaling $365 at the end of june. they shipped fast but the postal service delivered when i had a mail hold and the package was stolen. after talking to the post office i was told that DLT had to file the claim as paid for the shipping. called DLT and spoke with Jordan ****** and gave them all the information i had so they could open the claim (with the idea they would make good on there sale and send me the items i purchased) after a few weeks i was told by Jordan that the owner would only pay out after the insurance was paid out . I waited a few more weeks (it was at the end September at this point) i was told that it was denied and there was nothing they could do and they would not make me whole. i spent around 8 hours talking to the post service customer service and going to the post office over a few days. i got a letter from them stating that it was a mistake on there end and i was told to give that letter to DLT. they fallowed the directions from USPS and now at the end of November they refunded me $107.39 and was told that was all they would do.
