    Kelly and his crew did an amazing job! Our garage floor and wall were a mess. There was a large crack in our garage floor that also had about a 4” step off in it. The wall had been pushed in on the one side by an inch or two. To add to the stress, we were getting ready to sell our home and needed to contractor to do the work in a timely manner. This was a project we had originally been quoted on by a larger regional company that does concrete lifting, they were “sure” they could do the job. Quoted us a large amount, but we felt we had no choice. They asSUREd us they could have everything done quickly and better than anyone else…until they showed up and couldn’t. I called around and Kelly answered, he explained his schedule was busy but he’d make time to take a look. A few days later he called and came to look at the project. His price was considerably less that the place that was “sure” they could do the work. We listed the house and got an accepted offer fast and suddenly we had a more urgent deadline. Even though Kelly’s schedule was full, he made it work. He made very quick work of a job that ended up being far more difficult and detailed than initially expected. One night they stayed very late to get the job finished up. Let me tell you…the bigger name companies may have all the finesse and sales skills (as well as high pressure), but what they don’t have is EXPERIENCE and EXPERTISE. There is no way the other “sure” contractor could have handled this job, they would’ve made it significantly worse. Having worked in my own field for over 20 years, sometimes you encounter things you have never seen and didn’t expect. It’s your experience, knowledge, and ability to adapt that let you not just get a job done, but get it done well. THAT is what Kelly brings to the table.
