    In the Spring we hired Hunter( Owner), to redo the patio in our back yard. During the estimate, we talked about landscaping around to the front. We agreed upon a price. At that time he said half down is required. We paid that. He began the job shortly after. At that time, he asked for the remaining amount so he could go purchase a big trailer. We paid him the remaining. NEVER SHOULD HAVE! It took more than the time he said it would. When he returned finally to finish the project ( after MANY ATTEMPTS to get him back here, we showed him a Status crack. He said yes, I'll give you that and I'll fix it. Also the patio is NOT level and is NOT sealed to the house as we had spoke about. At the end of the day, I seen him and the crew sealing the patio. My husband and I went out to talk to him. Mentioned about the crack and other issues. He said" I just wanted to get it sealed". We also mentioned to him, we now have termites in our mulch that he had put down. Our house is brick . He said No those are Ants. We had a professional landscaper here and he found them and even stated they were termites. I had to pay a company to treat them. We are VERY Disappointed in the work he has done as he refused to fulfill the terms of the contracted agreement and we were left with an unfinished project.
