Design.Garden primarily offers (1) Digital services that we purchase in bulk from a distributor and resell individually, and (2) Web/Remote contracted labor. Therefore, in most cases, we offer a full refund on canceled Orders minus our own costs (our costs include nonrefundable service fees that we've paid to a distributor and/or our own labor costs).
Many Orders can be cancelled from your self-service Customer Portal at https://my.design.garden. If your Order cannot be canceled from your Customer Portal than send an email to [email protected] to request the cancellation.
