      I had a been a customer for years and the crew members who would come out to the home to perform services were always excellent. But over time, I think management changed. I once called and a member of the management team was very rude and did not have a very good attitude. They also created a situation in which I missed an opportunity for service and it seemed deliberate based on the tone of the conversation. Then, during my final session/day of service, someone inappropriately charged my debit card (without my consent) a couple hundred dollars. It was my remaining balance and wed agreed I would have just a few more days to pay it. But when this company decided to just charge my card without my consent or any warning, it really put me in an uncomfortable situation and caused my account to overdraft. That then led to me not being able to pay for daycare that week. When I called to follow up on this, their comments were patronizing and arrogant, and they used poor logic to explain why someone had the right to charge my credit card without my consent. I shared that I was very disappointed with this treatment and not even a senior member of the staff called me to offer an apology or try to make things right.
