    They filed a frivolous eviction against us. They dismissed it themself, because they were well aware of several errors, including their process server broke the law while serving official court documents.

    Attorney ** from Koritzinsky and Karls ADMITTED THAT HE KNEW OUR NAME WAS MISSPELLED AHEAD OF COURT!!He never attempted to amend, and even told others that we refused to let them amend. This is extremely dishonest and what I consider slander/defamation. We recorded the entire initial appearance, as that is allowed and permissible under Wisconsin law, and its extremely easy to disprove their lies. In another shameful act, Mr. *********** attempted to seal and expunge this case, FOR FREE, so they could hide it from the public. I have an open investigation with the *************************** regarding these unethical, actions, and I will leave another comment once everything has concluded.
